Privacy Notice
How Pull-Up collects, uses, shares, and protects information when people browse, list aircraft, contact sellers, or use the AI advisor.
Information we collect
- Account and business details such as name, email, phone, company, role, and sign-in records.
- Listing content, aircraft records, photographs, uploaded documents, seller declarations, and review history.
- Buyer inquiries, saved listings and searches, comparison choices, waitlist signups, feedback, and support communications.
- AI conversations, mission descriptions, generated filters, tool activity, and related feedback.
- Device, browser, approximate location derived from IP address, security events, timestamps, and essential cookie data.
How we use information
We use information to operate accounts and listings; connect buyers and sellers with consent; provide search, comparison, alerts, and AI features; review content; detect abuse and fraud; secure the service; respond to requests; improve performance; and comply with legal obligations.
When information is shared
Buyer contact details and inquiry content are shared with the relevant seller only after the buyer affirmatively agrees. We may also use infrastructure, storage, communications, analytics, security, and AI service providers that process data for us under contractual restrictions.
Information may be disclosed to comply with law, protect users or the service, investigate fraud, enforce agreements, or complete a merger, financing, acquisition, or transfer of assets. We do not describe data as “sold” unless the final product and advertising practices support that statement under applicable law.
AI processing
Prompts, recent conversation context, listing fields, and uploaded documents may be sent to configured AI providers to generate requested features. Sensitive personal, proprietary, export-controlled, classified, or regulated information should not be submitted. Production contracts and settings must be reviewed before launch to document provider retention and model-training practices accurately.
Cookies and similar technology
Pull-Up currently uses an essential session cookie for sign-in and may use security or preference storage. If analytics, advertising, or non-essential cookies are introduced, Grug Group LLC should deploy an appropriate consent mechanism and update this notice before enabling them where consent is required.
Retention and security
Information should be retained only as long as needed for the purposes described, dispute handling, fraud prevention, backups, and legal obligations. Production retention periods and deletion workflows must be documented before launch. Reasonable safeguards reduce risk but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Users may update account or listing information, manage communications, and request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information where applicable. Certain records may be retained for security, transaction integrity, or legal reasons. Grug Group LLC must publish a verified privacy-request channel and any state- or country-specific disclosures before launch.
Children and international use
Pull-Up is intended for adults and business users and is not directed to children under 13. International users understand that information may be processed in the United States; required transfer safeguards and regional notices must be confirmed before targeted international launch.
