Refund policy

Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial. You won't be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.

Monthly plans

You can cancel any time from your dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing month; we don't refund partial months.

Annual plans

If you cancel an annual plan, we refund the unused full months remaining in your term, to your original payment method, within 10 business days.

Listings and reviews

A paid plan doesn't guarantee a listing will be approved. If a listing is rejected under our marketplace rules, the plan fee isn't refunded, but you can edit and resubmit.

Your own AI

Usage of your own AI provider (through “Ask your own AI” or your API key) is billed by that provider, not by Pull-Up, and isn't covered by this policy.
